Hello!
I am trying to request a new group, but I am unable to even create a request issue. When I click the link to create an issue in the Groups.drupal.org issue queue, I immediately get a 404 Page Not Found error.
It seems I don't have the necessary permissions to access the issue tracker on the groups subdomain, or there is a redirect loop/broken link.
Could you please check my account permissions or provide an alternative way to submit a group creation request? I represent an experienced Drupal Community from Ukraine (https://drupal.org.ua/) and we want to contribute to the community by organizing a group.
Thank you for your assistance!

avpadernoI can access https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/groupsdrupalorg without getting any error. Do you get any error when you access https://www.drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/groupsdrupalorg?

avpadernoThere is no issue queue on groups.drupal.org; issue queues are all on www.drupal.org.
Did you click on a link given on groups.drupal.org which returns a 404 error? If that is the case, may you say on which page those link was shown?

avpadernoAs a side note, the issue queue you are trying to access is https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/groupsdrupalorg. In that issue queue, there is #3578748: Proposal for group: Ukrainian Community, which you created 16 days ago.

avpadernoI am closing this issue, since I cannot reproduce the 404 error neither https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/groupsdrupalorg nor https://www.drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/groupsdrupalorg.
