Problem/Motivation

We should use the document loader approach as the first and foremost, this means that the extra AI plugins should just be in 1.x for BC and then in 2.x probably removed.

Anyway, the AI module doesn't need to be a required dependency when #3573054: Create Document Loader Plugin is merged.

Merged within #3573054: Create Document Loader Plugin, since this project is still under development and no releases yet i'll create a follow-up ticket to remove AI plugins so we can release it within 1.x
