e.g. getFollowers(), getNotifications() etc. It's becoming tedious having to manage all the $conditions in various places.

Depends on #3572269: Introduce new entity to store one to many information (e.g. posts, follows, etc) when we have the relation table.

changeReadStatus() is the perfect example to store more data in there and easily refactor things!
