Currently a list tag is used to invalidate all component cache. We should use the component plugin manager find() method and invalidate based on component variant plugin ID tag instead.

Replaced the broad `component_variant_list` cache tag with a specific `component_variant:{component_id}` tag, so only the affected component's cache is invalidated when a variant is saved.
