Kind of feel that should be it's own issue for tracability, but don't feel strongly about it if people disagree

That's fair. Mind opening that ticket up. Rest of the deprecations in these modules are gone.

layout_builder_expose_all_field_blocks needs to be marked obsolete before it can actually be removed, so definitely needs its own issue.
