Hi. I've created an MR with necessary changes for README.md file

It includes
- improved formatting and improved text (a bit)
- better structure
- added information about the recently added feature (possibility to disable the EVA field by default) and a warning about a possible infinite loop in some cases.
- actualised maintainers list
