Problem/Motivation

If any link on the website points to an old HTTP version of it, search engines may be confused about which version of the page to include in the ranking.

Proposed resolution

Create a Warning that appears in the "Status Report" so that users with permissions can detect and replace all HTTP links with new HTTPS versions.
