Problem/Motivation

Default branch in Gitlab should be set to the latest dev branch, eg 4.x
It will make it easier to create MRs and forks to the latest version of the module

Steps to reproduce

Open https://git.drupalcode.org/project/theme_change - default branch is set to 8.x-2x

Proposed resolution

Update default branch in Gitlab to 4.x

@nagy.balint can you contact other maintainers? and request more access?
