Problem/Motivation

The Custom Menu content type Layout Builder configuration has the Menu Items paragraph displaying as a Paragraph Summary rather than a Rendered Entity.

Although it is not possible to set Layout Builder configuration, the view display should be set to rendered entity regardless.

Proposed resolution

Update the configuration so that Menu items displays as Rendered Entity.

Update core.entity_view_display.node.menu_custom.default.setComponents[1] in recipe.yml

Changed the field_menu_item_section view display formatter from `paragraph_summary` to `entity_reference_revisions_entity_view` so Menu Items paragraphs render as full entities instead of summaries.
