In lessons, number of random activities should only be visible if random activities is selected [#3568889]

Problem/Motivation

In the Lesson form, Number of Random Activities should only be visible if Random activities is selected in the Randomize activities field.

Steps to reproduce

Create a lesson. Noticed that the Number of random activities field is always visible. It should only be visible if Random activities is selected in the Randomize activities field.

Proposed resolution

Use states API to hide the hide the Number of random activities field per the above logic.
