Description:
Display extenders allow additional configuration options to be added to any view. Previously, display extenders could be optionally disabled via settings in the Views UI. This configuration has been removed as it was not widely used and has caused hard to debug issues in contrib modules that provide display extenders. A display extender is now permanently enabled while the module that provides it is installed.
Any calls to Views::getEnabledDisplayExtenders() should be replaced with Views::getDisplayExtenders() instead.
