Hi there,

I wonder if you can help me? My wife (alessandra.sturani) has not used drupal.org for a long time, but would like to contribute some translations. She is not getting password reset emails, nor can she create an account, because it says both her email and username are taken. So clearly there *is* an account, but it's in some weird locked state. Can someone reset it for her? :-)

Has she looked in her spam/junk folder for the password reset email? Sometimes the automated emails end up there.

I confirmed the account, just in the case that could create issues.

The login form now uses Keycloak; it means it is necessary to set up a 2FA with them. Probably there are issues with that setup.
