Problem/Motivation

The User Contact Mapping add/edit form exposes the "Created on" property as editable. It doesn't make sense to manually set the created date of a mapping in the UI; it's factual metadata.

The description for the property is "The time that the contact was created.", which is inaccurate.

Remove the "Created on" property from the relevant form modes.

Set the property description to "The time that the user contact mapping was created."
