Problem/Motivation

The form at /admin/config/crm/user/1/edit has title "Edit admin - admin", which is confusing.

The add form's title is "Add user contact mapping".

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Replace with:
"Edit user contact mapping admin - admin"
or
"Edit user contact mapping (User admin, Contact admin)"
or similar.
