Save-Button not rendered on Gin Admin theme and sticky action buttons enabled

Problem/Motivation

If Draggable Views is used with Gin admin theme and Gin's sticky action buttons enabled, then the button for saving sort orders is not rendered.

Steps to reproduce

Install Gin Admin Theme (https://www.drupal.org/project/gin) and enable sticky action buttons at /admin/appearance/settings/gin. Visiting a sort order view and you'll see that the save button is missing.

Don't know if this is an issue that Draggable views can handle, or if Gin is in charge. Will post the issue there as well.
