On page ?q=admin/user/userpoints I get a list of all user's points. Although the filter is set to display all, only uncategorized points are shown, other categories are omitted. (I only have one user at the moment and points for other categories were added manually via ?q=admin/user/userpoints/add, but I think that should not matter).
