Exposed ipinfodb.com API key

Problem/Motivation

The Git repository contains a valid ipinfodb.com API key: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/auction/-/blob/1640f6659317b983bc2137...

I don't know this API well so I'm not sure if there is any harm that can be done with this (except reach API limits).

If this is not intended, the key should probably be revoked.
