In the README.md on line ~338 you will find the following sentence:

There are service provider specific connectors available, for example from Acquia, Pantheon, hosted solr, platform.sh, and others

This needs updating as platform.sh are now officially known as Upsun. I was just doing a search in our codebase for references to platform.sh and spotted this in the search_api_solr module README.md.

Ordinarily I'd deal with this in an issue fork on here but can see that's not the preferred way of doing things but as this isn't an issue that really needs testing perhaps it is ok in this instance?

Updated the reference in the readme from platform.sh to upsun. I'm actually not even sure if it needs to be included as there isn't a connector module for platform.sh or upsun from what I can see? Our setup is configured using native yaml files but either way this merge request now references the correct, updated company name. Marking as 'needs review' for now.
