Maestro has changes to the Template entity as well as new APIs to support 3rd party integration mechanisms.
This requires a deprecation of the 4.2.x branch.

Maestro 4.3.0 released with support for public/privately flagged templates (for use with 3rd party integration), soft and hard suspension and APIs.
