We have Symfony mailer library and Symfony mailer support proposed for core. Reposition this module as "Mailer Plus" to avoid confusion. This module is an enhanced integration of the Symfony library, which may well continue to exist after Core has provided a simpler integration.

Detailed changes

  1. Change the name and description in UI text visible to admins, and in comments.
  2. File renames: MailerInterface to MailerPlusInterface and Mailer to MailerPlus.
