Move the e-mail address reroute field away from the test tab

• Issue Summary

In the SMTP Authentication Support module configuration form, the “E-mail address to reroute all emails to” field currently appears under the “Send test e-mail” tab. This placement can be confusing, as it suggests the field only applies to test emails, even though it actually affects all outgoing emails when rerouting is enabled.

Move the “E-mail address to reroute all emails to” field from the “Send test e-mail” tab to the “E-mail options” tab. This would better reflect its purpose and improve the usability of the configuration interface.
