Problem/Motivation

Commerce Cart Links can serve as a powerful marketing tool. For example, they can be included in email campaigns to direct users from an email straight to a pre-filled cart containing specific product(s).
It would also be beneficial to extend this feature to support automatic coupon application — to automatically apply a specific coupon code when adding products to the cart.
