Problem/Motivation

Based on the discussion on Drupal Answers, I think we should use a plugin type for the token type field. This is because I am about to introduce a new module for using APNs directly instead of FCM, and I want both of those modules to use this module (Push Notifications Registration Tokens) as the base module.
