Problem/Motivation

Add an ad_entity_embed submodule providing the install configuration for an ad embed button for entity_embed.

That allows to manually embed ads into content via ckeditor.

The module will mainly consist of config, I think.

BTW adding ads via entity embed (manually built) works GREAT! So we have a solution. If anyone would like to provide an integration out of the box, would be wonderful. Not important to us.
