Hello,
I have tried to create an issue for the email_tfa module, but it is automatically marked as spam. I thought I may have triggered it by quickly attempting to edit after creation or that something might be wrong with the created issue. I have tried to create another one, but it has the same problem. Can you please let me know what I have done wrong and delete one of the issue? The links for the issues are below:
