Problem/Motivation

Sites may want the option to customize the default field label "Revision log message" and default description.

Test Steps

  1. Install the module. Don't make any configuration changes yet.
  2. Confirm that the revision log message field label and description is unchanged from Drupal's default in all content entity forms (nodes, media, etc).
  3. Visit /admin/config/user-interface/revision-extras and configure a custom label and description. Append the last revision log message (with a label) to the end of the description and save.
  4. Create a page. Confirm the new label and description appear for the log message field in the node form.
  5. Add a revision log message and save the new page.
  6. Edit it again and observe that the last log message appears at the end of the description
  7. Repeat for media (/media/add/image) and blocks (/block/add/basic)
  8. Go back to the configuration form and remove the customizations you added. Confirm that the form label and description in content forms returns to the default.

This has been manually tested in the tugboat live preview environment. Confirming that the fields for the revision log are customizable.
