Can you be more specific, please, e.g. there is not mention of .inc files in README.md

Checked now that README.md in 2.x branch is ok. But project's description (the description visible in the project's page https://www.drupal.org/project/token_modifier) is not:

  1. "Extend" section is no longer valid
  2. "Included modifiers" section includes is not updated with real existing modifiers (e.g. "urlencode" modifier is missing but in description)
