Problem/Motivation

I needed to make some changes to my connection string for Azure OpenAI, and I realized the api key value was not saving.

Steps to reproduce

Open the Azure OpenAI settings page (/admin/config/services/azure-openai-settings) and try to update the API Key value. Notice after saving the value is gone.
