Problem/Motivation

Commerce Recipe: Shipping is here to allow for more control and modularity in how different elements of Kickstart are composed. It also allows one to install Shipping recipe on an existing Drupal Commerce installation that is not initialized with Commerce Kickstart. Commerce Kickstart Demo is meant to include all partial recipes including newly developed Commerce Recipe: Shipping and this task's objective is to remove code related to shipping from Demo itself and add Shipping recipe as to Demo's recipe.yml

The recipe is now added to both the demo directly as well as addon for kickstart base
