Problem/Motivation

The test notification form isn't working when a user has registered multiple tokens.

Steps to reproduce

Register a user with multiple tokens.

Go to the test form.

Uncheck 'Send only to the most recent token".

Send a test notification. It will fail with "The specified user has no push tokens registered."
