Problem/Motivation

The branding component is hardcoded with the logo as an SVG in the Twig template. The only way to change it is to edit this file directly, I don't think this is what we want? But not sure if we did this to work around something else.

Separately we should update it to be Mercury rather than Starshot. We can also add the Mercury starburst as a png to the project root so it shows in Gitlab.

This should hide the branding component from Canvas.

Use the Site Branding core block to display the site logo.
