Implement the Belgrade log in/sign up page based on the provided design.
The goal is to make the login experience consistent with the rest of the theme. Add a few theme settings (like background, logo placement...) so site builders can customize it without extra code.

Tested the work on both existing and new project and all is looking as expected.

Regular login/register/password reset pages have a new design applied.

If on theme settings focused option is used design becomes more minimal by having the needed form and logo without footer/header distractions.

Options to use background color work as expected. Option to use a background image also works as expected both with the uploaded image and the default image that comes with the theme if no image is uploaded.
