I completely agree with this suggestion, document files indexing support should definitely be developed for the Dify module. This would be a valuable addition to enhance content extraction and synchronization capabilities.

I'm planning to implement this as a dedicated plugin within the Dify module itself, which will allow for better integration with Dify's dataset requirements and give us more control over the extraction workflow.

In the meantime, nothing prevents you from using Search API Attachments with another extractor alongside the Dify module : they are fully compatible. You can set up Search API Attachments to handle your document indexing needs while the Dify module handles node synchronization. This gives you a working solution right away.
