Upgrade ohdear/ohdear-php-sdk to ^4.4.0 https://github.com/ohdearapp/ohdear-php-sdk
Fixes non-backward compatible changes in OhDear API! See #3544574: Upgrade OhDear's PHP-SDK to v4.

Versions 1.x and 2.x will get unsupported.
