Move AI CKEditor Extras at Menu page

Problem/Motivation

Current behavious is that in Extend page the module is shown in AI section and must be moved to AI tools, because is a better category for the module.

Also instead of current text "This module provides CKEditor new AI features." we need something more specific and formulated as "Provides a CKEditor enhancements for..."

Steps to reproduce

The steps are:

1. Go to Administration > Extend
2. Check that module appears in AI section

Proposed resolution

The solution is to change info.yml file placing the module in "AI Tools" section and also to reformulate in same file the description of the module

Remaining tasks

• Modify info.yml and place in new position
• Modify info.yml and improve the description
