1️⃣ Do you have suggested topics you are looking to discuss? Post in this thread, and we’ll open threads for them as appropriate.

2️⃣ 1️⃣ Subtopic 1: Theme builder

2️⃣ 2️⃣ Subtopic 2: Page builder

2️⃣ 3️⃣ Subtopic 3: Data model/persistence layer

Simon Ramsay Unsure if this is the right place to ask this, but I've been thinking about this in relation to building websites with Drupal and views. I have only touched the surface with XB and theme building, I contributed a little to the Starshot Demo Theme, but don't really understand how SDC fit into the greater data model and whether there is documentation on this elsewhere or conversation. So please guide me to that if there is.The question is: can components, and or fields (properties) declared in components be used in views?Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place but my understanding is this would be the data model, I am unsure what persistence layer means, but to persist means to exist for longer than a short time, so my thought was does the data persists to be used in views, how is it saved and surface in Drupal? (edited)
penyaskito right now stored data in xb is "static" prop sources. Which means the data stored in the database is static e.g what you type in the editor "hello world"There's the concept of "dynamic" prop sources, which support under the hood is quite stable already, but nothing exposed in the UI yet. So if your SDC exposes a "date" prop, you will be able to map it to a "date" field in your e.g. content type.Content Templates is on the works (all the infra is there, no UI yet), which would expose this UI for adding your mapping to e.g a "node view mode" with the mappings of that view and the XB template. In the future I could see views having a similar integration, or views just using those view modes for the mapping, which will come first.
penyaskito for code components, you can already use an api for creating any kind of listing from javascript react code. So that would actually create listings without views.

2️⃣ 4️⃣ Subtopic 4: Layout Builder and Paragraphs

2️⃣ 5️⃣ Subtopic 5: AI in XB

3️⃣ I’m not sure where to start, but I want to contribute to Experience Builder.

4️⃣ Wins - What wins have you had since the last meeting? Share your successes!

mglaman First meeting, but I wanted to share that I've been doing a bunch of performance profiling and trying to find API wins.

5️⃣ Are any sync meetings required this week?

Kristen Pol (she/her) @Akhil Babu note that love helping with coordinating a meeting with QED42 and Salsa to go over the metadata work. Kurt has been pulled into other things. I’m syncing with them today so let’s plan on next week. Time zones will be challenging
Akhil Babu Ok @Kristen Pol (she/her)

6️⃣ Weekly updates - What have you been working on? What’s up next? Need assistance with anything? Any blockers?

larowlan working on[#3492065]
Kristen Pol (she/her) Focused on AI mostly but note that the Salsa folks did a PoC by integrating a number of CivicTheme components with XB this week. I need to still test. This is currently in a private repo but after I check it, we can get this public so we can use it for the AI metadata work that will help XB AI not have AI slop when generating components  (edited)
griffynh Sounds great, interested to check that out when it’s public Kristen.
