Problem/Motivation

In the Date iCal Views row plugin, the Url field selector does not list core Content: Link to Content, so it can’t be mapped.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a View with a Date iCal feed display.
  2. Add the field Content: Link to Content.
  3. Open the row style settings → Url field select → option is missing.

Proposed resolution

  • Include the Views field plugin entity_link (core “Link to Content”) in the allowed types for the Url field selector.

User interface changes

Url field selector will now list “Content: Link to Content” when available.

Just a caveat, maybe worth fixing here too, you need the URL to absolute, or validation when generating the View
