Problem/Motivation

It has a some time since the participation level of members and SMEs has been reviewed and evaluated. Since that review, some people have defacto stepped down and some have stepped up to become members of the Community Working Group.

Proposed resolution

1. Ask all people currently listed as team members or part of them:

2. Move people who have stepped down, to the past section

3. Remove people who have stepped down from all community health pages on drupal.org

4. Remove people who have stepped down or changed positions from appropriate Slack channels

5. Edit permissions for email, Slack, etc.

6. Add new members: TBD

  • Set time line for decisions
  • Ask current team if they still want to continue with the Community Working group and have the capacity to fulfill their elected responsibilities
  • Remove permissions
  • Update pages
