Problem/Motivation

This is not a doublet and it was working with #3536100: PHP 8.1 images broken apt source (used in phpunit previous major), but it seems to be broken with the bullseye-backports as well now. See https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ai/-/jobs/5981612
