Credit for work on deprecated version

Problem/Motivation

Social post facebook went through a lot of changes, especially as the facebook api changed, and as Drupal and Social Post changed as well. For various reasons, some of the work that people had done on older versions of this module (2.x and earlier) are left in issues that are no longer relevant, and can no longer really be addressed. This issue was created to give some credit where it is due. Thanks to all who have contributed to this module. I plan to get this module in much better shape in the coming weeks, and I hope that this finds all of the people who watched their old issues go stale.
