Problem/Motivation

This bug got introduced while removing bs_bootstrap sub theme.

While working on this template we could also improve it a bit like:
- adding aria-current="page" accessibility attribute
- move item_class outside of a block for better reusability. Not sure can we remove it but let's leave it for now because of compatibility and also as a way to add additional classes on li element.
- Improve a bit white spacing
