Looks like this is a demo here from the project page: http://video.linux-foundation.org/

However, the absoulte best way to understand how this module works is to build a sandbox/test site on your server or local machine and play with the module as I am sure the link above won't allow you to upload video for testing and waste the bandwidth of the provider.

The above link is an instance of this module's use, yes. However, it shouldn't be treated as a demo site, since the purpose of that site is not to test this module.
