Home page graphic and texture shouldn't display if disabled in theme settings

Problem/Motivation

Currently, if these are disabled in the theme display settings, they still show on the home page. The logic only changes if an override is provided.

Proposed resolution

Don't pass in the default values if the toggles to use the defaults are turned off.
