Problem/Motivation
dmsmidt has confirmed they no longer wish to continue as a maintainer for the Inline Form Errors subsystem.

Proposed resolution:
Remove dmsmidt’s name and contact details from the MAINTAINERS.txt entry for Inline Form Errors.

Remaining tasks:

  • Commit the update to MAINTAINERS.txt
  • Notify the Core Committers Slack channel when merged

No UI/API/Data model changes.

It was a great experience working with all you bright-minded, persistent, good and helpful people of this great community.

I'm stepping away from this role in the Drupal community for now. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm deeply thankful for the collaborations, challenges, and friendships along the way.

In the near future, you'll probably find me putting AI to work for good – especially in the field of accessibility (a11y).

This may be goodbye for this chapter, but who knows – I might see you again down the road.

@dmsmidt, thank you for helping to lead and build Drupal!

Committed to 11.x, 11.2.x, 10.6.x, and 10.5.x. I'll also do the admin tasks, such as updating the core node, the Google group, the maintainer channel and the past maintainer page.
