benjy has confirmed they no longer wish to continue as a maintainer for the Block subsystem.

Proposed resolution:
Remove benjy’s name and contact details from the MAINTAINERS.txt entry for the Block subsystem.

Remaining tasks:

  • Commit the update to MAINTAINERS.txt
  • Notify the Core Committers Slack channel when merged

No UI/API/Data model changes.

Committed to 11.x and cherry-picked to 11.2.x, 10.6.x, and 10.5.x. I also removed permissions from the core project node and the maintainers channel.
