Problem/Motivation

As a user/contributor/site owner it would be great to have MR environments so I can save tons of time evaluating MRs without needing to pull it locally.

Check out the documentation here https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/git/using-git-to-contribute-to-drupa..., might need more scaffolding for this module but could be handy.
