Problem/Motivation

This theme has already made the graphic and texture images configurable in the theme settings interface. The video that displays as a background element is now the only thing hard-coded that camps are likely to want to customize.

Proposed resolution

Add another setting to allow this to be overridden in the UI, by uploading a video file or providing a path to a file that has been manually uploaded.
