Import of user also imports register_confirmation_with_pass

Problem/Motivation

Whenever there is a module such as "user" that is a prefix of another such as "user_registrationpassword" then import of the former will also import the latter.

Proposed resolution

Include "PREFIX" (exact match) or "PREFIX.*" but not "PREFIX_XXX"
