Problem/Motivation

Track the steps needed to remove extension Migrate Drupal from core to contrib. See Remove a core module and move it to a contributed project of the deprecation policy.

The removal of extension Migrate Drupal was approved in #3371229: [Policy] Migrate Drupal and Migrate Drupal UI after Drupal 7 EOL.

Migrate Drupal is not being moved to contrib. The following step need to be updated accordingly.

Remaining tasks

  1. Create a child issue, 'Remove Migrate Drupal from core'. #3572280: Remove Migrate Drupal
  2. Triage core issues for Migrate Drupal in the core queue. They are 11.x only now and limited to maintenance and critical fixes.
  3. Add warning to the documentation for Migrate Drupal

For the documentation I have added a warning to the Guide that this is deprecated and that the documentation will be removed when Drupal 11 is no longer supported. I think that is sufficient.

That is the last step here so, I am setting RTBC.
