Problem/Motivation

I noticed the ferank service is enabled by default.
Sites builders might forget to disable it and load the ferank JS without knowing it.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the module.
The service is already enabled.

Proposed resolution

We probably should not enable any service by default.

The ferank service was activated at install. I removed it from the yml file.
